My mission is to provide easily accessible, evidence-based information ensuring that everyone on this path can make the best possible decisions for themselves & their circumstances. It can feel isolating and frustrating navigating everything alone and I want to change this by supporting anyone Trying for a Baby, having Fertility Treatment, navigating Egg Freezing, and Preparing their body for Pregnancy and beyond.

I offer workshops, an online membership platform, one-to-one consultations and a wealth of free resources to empower, inform and prepare you for your own personal journey.

Hi, my name is Hazel Leonard, I’m the founder of The Prepared Pineapple and I’m also a Fertility Educator, Registered Midwife & IVF Mum. I have over 14 years of experience in women’s health, working both in the UK and Dubai. I’m licensed by The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in the UAE. Following on from my own experience with infertility, IVF and other fertility treatment’s I felt there was a huge need for support for others going through the same thing.

I realised navigating trying to conceive and IVF was a very complex and often overwhelming process. I couldn’t believe that my main resource for information was the internet and how limited the support available was to people like me going through this experience. This is why I then created The Prepared Pineapple.
